Where did all the stores go?

You know what really grinds my gears... someone was saying today that Owings Mills Mall is going down hill. you think? That's what happens. You put in low-middle income housing and all the trash moves in. At first you get like students and people who are only in town for an short period or people who work nearby and finally found a place within their budget. But then you start getting the city in the county. You start hearing about drug dealings and shootings outside of the mall which scares all the middle to upper class people away. Therefore the stores that sell nice shit go out of business and then what have you got? A shitty mall or as Chris Rock would say a "Black Mall". ...And that's what really grinds my gears
